Want to establish a distinct, successful and attractive personal brand? Then emulate your role models. This weekend I spent some time with friends who are trailblazers in their own right:

@sarah.kate.seaward is a mother, an empowerment coach, former Mrs South Africa, model and fundraiser for charity.

I am a mom, wife, MBA student, the #prguru of @prworx Africa’s Best #publicrelationsagency that's represented in 26 different countries across Africa. I am also a political campaigner and own and run @statusrmc to help make a difference in Africa.

@christallkay is a mom, television personality on @realhousewivesofjhb#rhoj , a singer, and an enterpreneur.

@ramona.kasavan is a prominent radio DJ, entrepreneur, and recently made time to complete her Masters degree.

Why am I telling you this?

To brag about how busy we are?

No.

1. To remind you that you become who you hang out with.

2. Think bigger. You are not too busy for success.

3. You are where your attention is (read that again). When you raise the quality of your attention, you will raise the quality of your life.

Now ask yourself: Who would I be, what would I do, why do I want it, and how would would I feel if I already had......................

Write down this sentence with your answers, your goals, action plans and work on your plans every day to get closer to it. Find your tribe, the people who will kick your butt back on track and will motivate you to get there.
